We're here to help make registration as smooth as possible! The process happens in two steps:

Step 1Advisor Intake Form — Each advisor from your school should complete this form to be added to our advisor database. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email with access to the official registration form. Please note that you may not move on to Step 2 until all advisors have submitted this form. If your advisor roster changes (for example, if a new advisor joins or another steps down), just let us know at delegations@yalemodelcongress.org — we'll be happy to update our records. Again, this intake form is required for each advisor before registration can continue. 

Step 2: Official Registration Form + Delegation Fee Payment — After all advisors are added to our system, the primary advisor will complete the official registration form and $140 delegation fee (via PayPal) on behalf of the delegation. This form only needs to be submitted once, but all advisors will receive a confirmation email. 

Both of these forms have a hard deadline of 11:59 PM EDT on Monday, October 6th, 2025.

Pricing & Forms

Regular Registration Fees

Delegation fee (school fee): $140

Delegate fee (per delegate): $130

These fees may only be paid via PayPal or mailed check.

Delegation Late Fee

Delegation late fee (school fee): $50

Delegation fees must be submitted by October 6 to avoid the late fee.

As always, YMC can subsidize the cost of the delegate fee for students expressing need. To apply for financial aid, please fill out the financial aid application (coming soon) or let us know if you think your students might qualify. Questions regarding financial aid should be sent to the current Treasurer, Liron Chan, at treasurer@yalemodelcongress.org.

Financial Aid

Delegates can apply for financial aid to cover the delegation fee. Delegates should fill out the financial aid application (coming soon) to select what types of aid they would like to apply for. Applications must be submitted by October 13 at 11:59 pm ET for Round I applications and October 20 at 11:59 pm ET for Round II applications. Upon submission, please check your email for confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation that we have received your application, then we have not received it and you will not be considered for financial aid.

Financial Aid Decision Process

Yale Model Congress will decide financial aid awards by October 19 at 11:59 pm ET for Round I applications and October 24 at 11:59 pm ET for Round II applications at the latest and notify applicants and their advisors of our decision by email. Decisions are based on demonstrated need. Depending on the delegate’s application, we may award partial or full delegate fee waivers.

Delegate fee waivers are processed immediately.
