Monday, October 6: Registration and delegation fee due

Monday, October 27: Delegate fees due
The school delegation fee is $140. The individual delegate fee is $130. We accept payment either by PayPal or by check. Please proceed with the appropriate options below and continue. Schools must pay the delegation fee before October 6, 2025 to avoid a $50 late fee.

Financial Aid
Delegates may apply for financial aid only to cover the $130 delegate fee. The financial aid application must be submitted by October 13 at 11:59 pm ET for Round I applications and October 20 at 11:59 pm ET for Round II applications. Upon submission, please check your email for confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation that we have received your application, then we have not received it and you will not be considered for financial aid.

Financial Aid Decision Process
Yale Model Congress will decide financial aid awards by October 19 at 11:59 pm ET for Round I applications and October 24 at 11:59 pm ET for Round II applications at the latest and notify applicants and their advisors of our decision by email. Decisions are based on demonstrated need. Depending on the delegate’s application, we may award partial or full delegate fee waivers.

Please write the TOTAL SUM of your school's delegate fees on the check. (For example, if your school is bringing 3 delegates, please write $390 on behalf of your students.) We will not accept checks directly from students—only from registered faculty advisors.
IMPORTANT: If any of your students plan to apply for financial aid to cover some/part of their delegate fee, please do not write the check until they receive their financial aid decision, at which point you may write a sum that represents their award. *THIS YEAR, WE WILL NOT BE RETROACTIVELY REIMBURSING SCHOOLS/DELEGATES.*
