Bills should be submitted through the online bill submission system. Timely submission of bills is essential for students to fully participate in the conference. Bills that are not submitted to us by this date will not be included in the delegate books or be eligible for debate in Full Session. Delegates wishing to submit bills after the deadline must
- Submit their bills via the online system
- Email the bills as attached Word documents to YMC at email@example.com
- Bring twenty-five printed copies of the bill to their committees.
