Dates & Deadlines
Hotel reservations at the New Haven Hotel and the Omni Hotel must be received by October 31st at 5pm. These are the HOTELS' dates and are therefore not flexible!
Note that if you prefer to stay at the New Haven Hotel, earlier reservations are preferred as their rooms will fill more quickly.
Delegate waivers, including the Delegate Conduct Form, Liability Form and Photo Permission Form, can be found in the Advisors tab of this website, under Pricing and Forms. All waivers must be scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or postmarked by this date. Per Yale University regulations, we cannot allow delegates to participate unless they submit their waivers prior to YMC.
Bills should be submitted through the online bill submission system. Timely submission of bills is essential for students to fully participate in the conference. Bills that are not submitted to us by this date will not be included in the delegate books or be eligible for debate in Full Session. Delegates wishing to submit bills after the deadline must

Email the bills as attached Word documents to YMC at email@example.com
Bring twenty-five printed copies of the bill to their committees.

Those who submit a financial aid application by this deadline will receive an earlier financial aid decision, and any financial aid applications denied in Round I will be automatically reconsidered in Round II.
